Managing Consultant
Rodrick is founder and Managing Consultant at Strategic Synergy. He held a number of Senior positions in Human Resources and has 26 years in HR having worked for FINHOLD/ZB Bank, INNSCOR AFRICA, Lorimak, Interfin Merchant Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman at Original Technology and a Non-Executive Director at Sanctuary insurance Company and Kreamorn Investments.
